Dick Voodoo is a french electro trash duo.
Dick M torture his machines along with the charismatic
uber-crooner Dick D. They play powerful, intoxicating, noisy and subtle live set. Seeing them on stage is a must.
After the success encountered by the first EP "glossy lips",
(playlisted No.1 by dj hell in summer 2004), dick voodoo relaesed a second EP "mirage of lust" in spring 2005. beyond the dance floor, their live performance confirm a real electro sonic band.

Formed by Paulo Fraga and Pedro Costa, "Solange to aberta!" has as main intention to contest, to display situations, habits, behaviors and speeches adopted by different segments of the society. The lyrics make vindication to the transgender and criticize the catholic church dogmas, the heteronormativity and any form of discrimination. We support abortion legalization, the black movement, the LGBTI movement, women and all the silenced groups. The band tries electronic music through creation and, also, uses samples and beats. The main influences are mass culture songs and music that are made to amuse and/or to question. Rhythms both from Brazil (Funk Carioca, Tecnobrega) and other countries (Kuduro, Punk Rock) compose the electronic repertoire.

My first contact with electronic music was in 1996 on Commodore's Amiga 1200 on tracker called OctaMED... i think it was version 4 :)

so 14 years old kid in '96 trying to figure it out how to make a hardcore breakbeat rave...haha u can imagine my start XD

I play drums, guitar, keyboards... i do vocals now too ^^
